Charitive ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Charitive mobile application (the "Service").

We use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Charitive provides mobile application services (Charitive mobile app) for booking appointments. Headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, we provide mobile app to our customers (“Services”).

Charitive respects the privacy of every individual who visits www.charitive.com (“Website”) . This Privacy Policy is our commitment to transparency in communicating how Liquid Web collects, uses, and discloses the information that is collected from you, the visitor of its website and/or customer as well as the choices you have with respect to the information.

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your email address, name, phone number, postal address ("Personal Information").

We collect this information for the purpose of providing the Service, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your requests/inquiries,, and improving our services.

Import Your Contacts

Why does Charitive use your data?

It is important that you understand what information Charitive collects and uses; to help you add your clients into the app.

This is what we collect if it is available when you import a contact from your phone agenda: First Name, Last Name, Phone Number.

This action is not required. You can manually type in the clients. When you are prompted to allow Charitive to access contacts, you simply tap DENY if you want to manually add your clients.

Customers

Charitive / www.charitive.com asks for your account information which includes your name, business name, email address, physical address, phone number, credit card and bank account information (stored directly with a third party processor), and website domain. By voluntarily providing Charitive with your account information, you represent that you own and consent to our use of such personal data.

Event/Marketing Participants

Charitive may ask for your name, email address, physical address, and phone number. Participation in events, surveys, contents, or subscribing to marketing material is voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this personal data.

Website Visitors

At your option, Charitive asks and may collect your name, email address, physical address, and phone number.

Charitive, the Mobile App

At your option, Charitive asks and may collect your name, email address, physical address, and phone number.

Your Choices

You may unsubscribe from receiving promotional or marketing emails from Charitive and Charitive mobile app at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link in the email received, or by emailing us at info@charitive.com. As outlined in the Section, Cookies and other Tracking Technologies, you can also control your cookie settings.

With respect to your account information, you may update, correct or delete information that you provided to us by logging into your charitive app or contacting us at info@charitive.com.

Log Data

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use and other statistics ("Log Data").

In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this type of information in order to increase our Service's functionality. These third party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.
